Get Started with 24SevenOffice API

Ready to integrate with 24SevenOffice? Follow these simple steps to kickstart your journey. With clear guidance and easy steps, you'll be up and running in no time!

Step 1: Request Access

First things first, you need to request access.

Here's how to find your 24SevenOffice Client ID and complete the access request form.

If your organization does not yet have a 24SevenOffice user with a Client ID, you can request creating creating that. Just indicate this in your response when filling out the access request form.

How to find Client ID:

  1. Log In:

    • Log in to 24SevenOffice under the organization that will own your integrations.
  2. Navigate to Accounting:

    • Go to Manage Vouchers.
    • Find the Client ID at the top-right corner, before "@voucher.24sevenoffice.com", for example 1234567890@voucher.24sevenoffice.com contains Client ID 1234567890.

Alternatively, if you're not seeing it there ():

    • While still being in Accounting, go to Administration > Settings > Retrieval.
    • Find the Client ID next to "@voucher.24sevenoffice.com".

Once you have your Client ID, complete the access request form by visiting this link.

Step 2: Enable Developer Admin Panel

After we review and approve your request, we’ll activate the Developer admin panel for your organization's account with the specified Client ID. You will receive an email from us confirming that we have activated Developer admin panel for your Client ID.

The time it takes for us to get back to you on your request may vary. Please, give it at least a couple of weeks before reaching out to us for updates.

If you still don't see the Developer button activated after you have received an email confirmation from us, verify if your user account has admin rights. This is necessary, as only someone with the admin rights can accept 24SevenOffice terms and conditions for application developers on behalf of the organization that would own your applications.

If you don't have the admin rights, ask your organization's account admin to follow these steps to grant your user account the necessary access:

From the main menu:

  1. Select Administration > Company Admin.
  2. Go to People at the top of the screen.
  3. Under Users with Access Packages, click on the user profile of the developer needing admin access (e.g., "John Doe"). If the user is not there, add a new user with button Add.
  4. Find the package called User Administration and click Add.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the page.

Step 3: Create Your First Application

Now, head over to the Developer admin panel to create your first application, defining its scopes, and obtaining the necessary credentials for acquiring an access token.
